I have done all your steps with my new Sennheiser True Wireless Momentum two earbuds, only when I press "connect", it goes from connected to paired in 2 seconds or then. I've updated every driver, done every step of the troubleshoot list, but it just won't stay continued.
Practice yous have any idea what I can do to solve this?

Edit: I managed to reinstall the Intel driver and it works at present! Thanks for anybody who replied to me.

The issue for me was wireless True Fit Skullcandy ear buds were non discoverable. Disruptive because other bluetooth devices chop-chop were discovered and paired with my laptop. Towards the bottom of the microsoft instructions provided by Anderson S. de Souza there's a blurb that suggested disconnecting other nearby bluetooth devices because they may prevent the new device from beingness discoverable. And then I close off iPhone, made sure ear buds were in "discoverable" mode per ear bud instructions, put one ear bud in my ear (information technology's a solo earbud device), followed BulldogXX'due south bluetooth instructions, saw device proper noun, clicked information technology and so I heard "your device is now continued" or something like that. (Putting the earbud in my ear seemed to facilitate the pairing.)
Why information technology had to be this challenging is beyond me.
Anderson S. de Souza and BulldogXX's advice worked perfectly together.
Note: I still don't know why the Bluetooth congenital into my laptop where I was able to connect seamlessly to bluetooth devices stopped working after a Windows 10 update. Bluetooth disappeared from the device manager completely. The workaround was purchasing a bluetooth dongle (USB) for less than $20 at BestBuy. Just I'g notwithstanding annoyed that I had to practice that when the internal bluetooth worked like a amuse until the Windows 10 update. But the bluetooth dongle (USB port) shows upward in device director. Ughh!
Plainly my HP19 with Windows ten does not have Bluetooth capability. What is the easiest, cheapest to add Bluetooth?

Y'all can buy a cheap USB bluetooth dongle such as the following from Amazon.com, connect it and y'all volition have Bluetooth.

According to the HP website a HP xix All-in-1 does have Bluetooth capability
Click the link below to go to the support page for that system then from the Network department, download and install the Broadcom Vluetooth driver
If it turns out your device does not actually take Bluetooth. y'all tin can purchase a small USB adapter that y'all tin can plug into the back of your PC for virtually $5 upwards on the Web
